Who we are

TrueFlow is operated by SENTIENTA QUALITYAI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), located at 14/32 RAM COLONY, BARNALA ROAD, SIRSA, HARYANA - 125055, India. Our public brand is TrueFlow. We also operate related products on the TrueFlow platform, including Ensure Ai (insurance consultation via WhatsApp in India) and Sols AI (immigration consultation via WhatsApp in India).

Related products

Ensure Ai is our insurance vertical at ensure.sentienta.in. If you use Ensure Ai for insurance consultation, data collected through that product is governed by the Ensure Ai Privacy Policy. This TrueFlow privacy policy covers trueflow.sentienta.in and TrueFlow platform inquiries.

Sols AI is our immigration vertical at solsai.sentienta.in. If you use Sols AI for visa consultation, data collected through that product is governed by the Sols AI Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp Business messaging

We use WhatsApp Business for customer-initiated conversations only. Users contact us voluntarily via our website, WhatsApp links, or QR codes — we do not send unsolicited marketing messages. You may stop messaging us at any time.

WhatsApp conversations are processed on WhatsApp and Meta infrastructure. We do not store WhatsApp lead databases on this website. Message content and metadata are handled according to WhatsApp's terms and the applicable product privacy policy.

Information we collect

  • Contact inquiries: name, email, company, use case, and message when you email us or submit a contact form (when enabled)
  • Booking data when you schedule via Cal.com (handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy)
  • Live demo interactions: voice audio processed through our demo provider (Retell) when you start a live voice demo — do not share sensitive personal, medical, or payment information during demos
  • Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps (via our hosting provider)
  • Analytics data (only if you accept cookies): page views and interaction events via Google Analytics when enabled

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, operate live voice demos, improve our website, and measure marketing performance (with consent). We do not sell your personal information.
